Crystal & Eddie...

Just finished photo shooting 2 weddings and have plenty of work to do before the christmas. Luckily one of the shoot was my buddies, so I can spend a bit more time on it. But since I want a stress free holiday. So I will finish them before I go party for the long christmas weekends.

The day for Crystal and Eddie wasn't too intensed. So the photo progress went well. I'm still looking for something new in the photo layouts. Let's see what's coming.

Coming in Dec...

Two wedding shoots coming this weekend. Friday and Sunday both full day with busy run down. Luckily we have Saturday break. Resting is very important before long hours of work. There's no 2nd day for the same wedding, so preparation is very important. I'm hoping for some new inspiration this weekend. Let's see what's there for me.

Kind of off...

Still doing introduction video for my buddy's wedding. Almost done and so I can get back to my wedding photos album selection. There are works behind schedule and even with my partner working hard. Things still pending to get done. Looks like I do need to give up something to make up grounds. So let's get back to it this weekend and prepare my 2 wedding shoots for next week.
Nearly forgot that I still have my London trip photos to get done. Just showing one of my favourite shot, with the Tower Bridge rising up after sunset. The blue hour we call it, makes the scene much more rich. It was quite cold that we waited for some hours for this shot. But It was worth the wait as there isn't many chance the bridge rises at this time of night. Great timing I must say.

Czech Trip all Scenery

I've finally have completed my Czech trip scenery photos. Took me many week nights and weekend to get it done. Overall, they are not bad as we did get some sunny days. For those over casted days, actually aren't all that bad. Lucky we didn't get pouring rains during our trip. There will be food and snap photos to do as well as London photos coming really soon. I love every bits of it.

Connie & Dennis

It was a sunny day, although it is autumn in Hong Kong, we still getting 30 degrees when the sun is above our heads. Well, this didn't stop the joy of the new married couple and the guests. This was a very western style wedding reception. There was no Chinese dresses for the brides and not for the groom neither. The sunny day made everybody sweaty, but the photos came out with lovely colors. That I would rather have.
The thank you card and the print out of guests' photos came out nicely than I would expect. We had a little bit of trouble with one of the printer, but at the end the job still done on time. At least, the card and the photo treated as a bonus.

Still got a lot to do.

I'm still in progress retouching my trip photos. Have many friends and colleagues asking for it as I've told them how beautiful it is and they must go. I've only managed to complete 2 days of my trip photos and so there are at least 5 more to get done. Anyway, besides my trip photos I have other photo works in progress. Such as baby party photo and Connie and CLong's photos. They are in higher priority, Let's get them finish before continue with my trip photos.

The pretty autumn in Czech!

I've been to places like China (Tibet), Japan (Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Kyoto) for travel during autumn. I'm in love with the autumn colors that the wild landscapes could bring out. Japan is one of my favourite when comes to red leafs. This trip to Czech Republic, I saw some amazing scenery. With the orange roof top that many houses that strike my eyes. The red/orange/yellow leafs add the icing on the cake.
With many more photos to be done on the trip. Perhaps I should display some of my fav ongoing, else I would bore people looking at my photos at one time.

Back in town and heaps to do....

Just back from my trip to Czech rep and London. It was a fantastic trip although not everyday we had good weather. The great thing about Czech is that the place is so beautiful, nice food, not bad people and very important is that it is cheap to go. I stayed for 7 days in Czech and I only spent half of what I've spent 4 days in London. Remember that I went out of Prague to other small towns. So the transport fee was so cheap. Every meal in Czech was so stuffing, such a great place to be.

For London, if it wasn't the high expense. I would love to stay longer and go out of town for visit. But I really can't afford staying longer. It's not for me to live unless I can earn double of what I earn now. Everything includes the tax, and the underground is horrible.
Well, after all I loved the trip and I hope my next long trip would be to Europe too. Need to start saving again.

Photos are coming, so stay tune on this. But I have so much work to do, hope the photos don't get too cold after my works are done.

Out of town for 2 weeks....

Will be out of Hong Kong for the first 2 weeks of October. A long holiday to Europe to refresh my mind. Planned for more than 2 months, I'm so looking forward to it. Whatever weather I get while I'm there, I will enjoy as much as I could.
Although there will be plenty of works to catch up when I get back. But life is like this, I can't always just work and not take a break. There will be continuous of works to get done, even a machine will break down without stoppage for maintanence.
There will be plenty of trip photos to show off too. Non stop tuning as usual.
Before I heads off, here is the Thank you card designed for Connie & CLong's wedding. First weekend back will be photo shoot their wedding day. Can't wait for that too.

Keeping the busy schedule running.

Relax......

Although I always work at home in front of the computer, but I always enjoy out under the sun whenever possible. One weekend happens that I went out on Saturday and Sunday enjoying the sun and water. Wakeboarding is great fun, especially when you always improve and learn new skills. I had a great time and this all about life. After working hard at home and office, should always get out and relax. Do something interesting and active. Not movies and shopping.
My friend had fun too...check her skills.

Busy August....

Being a freelance is not easy to cope with schedules. The only time I have is after work and often I'm very tire during the day. But I always understand that if you enjoying it, then just get on with it. I have targets to meet and goal to achieve, I have to continue.

Have arranged a portfolio shoot last month. The whole process went alright, just that one of the dress didn't work out with the girl. And then the weather was another issue, which made us hard to work with good shots. Anyway, we had fun and that's what cool about our works.

Progress.....

Busy August schedule is almost over. Had a few photo shoot including engagement, baby and pre-wedding portfolio shoot. Still a lot of post processing work to do, but at the same time there are other things happening. Each night have been tiring and I wish I can rest a bit more. Looks like my tiredness will at least stay until mid Sept. Hopefully, things go along as planned.

Had a photo shoot with my nephew when he was 6 months old. He always so playable and I do think he is camera sensitive. Always know when is the right time to look at the camera. ;P

Connie & C Long....

Thank you Connie and C Long for the whole day of photo fun. It was a hot day so we stayed indoor for most of the photos and out before sunset for some outdoor photos with the Hong Kong harbour view. Hope these photos become another set of your great memories for your wedding day. Looking forward for your big day and take part as your photographer once again and take great moments around you.
